UCS Group Testing Equipment Department is established in 2009 which focus on various testing equipment design, manufactory and sales.Any material needs to be tested before use and after use to ensure its specification meted requirement of related system. Some test is performed onsite or any possible location. So, portable and stable testing and maintenance tool and equipment which are easily operated will be very helpful. These equipments can work under any condition.We have products covered Digital Multi-function meter, Clamp Ammeter, Wood Moister-test meter, Illuminometer, Thermometer and Video Test meter, etc.

Applications

Clamp Ammeter

Clamp Ammeter’s function portion is consisted of electromagnetic ampere meter and through type electric current inductor. This portable instrument can measure alternating current without breaking circuit. So it is widely used in testing and maintenance for all industries such as manufactory, civil building, transportation and government metering, etc. No matter indoor or outdoor, even in special environment, this instrument can provide convenient a help.

Wood Moister-test meter

Wood is one of the most popular industrial materials. No matter wood product or as raw material to be paper and other product, there are requirement for quality of wood. As you know, wood will inflate and deform when it meet water. Along with time passed, wood can rot and be invaded by worm. When implement with wood material, it may crack due to not dry enough. Reference from old buildings showed wood may not be good material if lack of suitable methodology of process and testing. To meet high temperature and moisture weather and environment, it is essential to manage wood for moisture. Therefore testing moisture is vital.  Wood Moister-test meter adopts Microwave Measurement Technique. It can measure moisture in 1 second in high veracity with no effect from particle, color and any mineral substance inside of the object. The concept is microwave will be absorbed by object when it passes through. 

Video Monitoring Tester

Video monitoring need brand new testing and measurement tool to support faster developed skill and more sophistic technology. Enterprise need to setup latest measurement facility to help staff to finish their daily tasks. UCS Testing Equipment Department provide the video monitoring tester which support various standard and format video test and deal with zipped video for physical layer, creation and analysis.
It has pull-down menu for function choice of video display, signal attenuation measurement, PTZ holder control, PAL/NTSC color bar generator, holder address scan, default and applying, cable sequence test and fiber power, etc. The meter has 3.5 inch high definition screen and powerful background light which help operator see screen even under highlight. So visor is not needed. Video Monitoring Tester is good assistant of security system adjustment. It is portable, easily using and cost saving.
