The diversity of industrial products determines that factories (workshops) need to be equipped with specific production lines. Although the factory (workshop) adopts technical means in energy saving, environmental protection and safety, it is still difficult to avoid operating in harsh environments such as high temperature, high dust, strong corrosion and strong electromagnetic interference. The implementation of integrated cabling system engineering in this kind of environment is challenging. Therefore, engineering design and application must take precise protective measures according to different environmental conditions. For example, when the transmission line of the integrated wiring system passes through the area of electromagnetic interference exceeding 3V/m, shielded cables or optical cables should be selected; In a high temperature, high dust, and strong corrosion environment, the IP protection level of the integrated wiring system device must be adapted according to the environment, and the protection pipe for line laying must be reasonably selected.
Industrial plant integrated wiring practical application
Workspace subsystem: Workspace subsystem consists of various office areas. Each office area is equipped with a six-type double-hole information outlet, which can be connected to a telephone and a computer through a flexible cable. The required materials include six types of connection cords, six types of information modules, panels and RJ45.
Horizontal cabling subsystem: The horizontal trunk system is responsible for extending the cable from the management subsystem distribution frame to the user information outlet. Choose six types of unshielded twisted pair, which has 1000M/S data transmission rate, excellent performance. The amount of wires used is estimated according to the formula C=[0.55 (L + S)+6]*[I/O]. Where, I/O is the number of information points connected to the distribution frame (22 here), L is the distance from the distribution frame to the farthest information point (calculated as 49M), S is the distance from the distribution frame to the nearest information point (calculated as 9M). After calculation, the total wire quantity C is 792M, and about 3 boxes (300m per box) of six types of twisted pair wire are required.
Management subsystem: The management subsystem is located in the storage room of the plant and consists of interconnecting, interconnecting and I/O devices. In view of the actual wiring needs of the building, the entire wiring system only sets up a management system in the storage room. The management subsystem adopts six types of equipment, including distribution frame, mounting tray, winding ring, 2 pairs of super six type jumpers, white label, adhesive strip and exit information label. Specific selection of 1 installation plate, 2 4-port distribution frame, 4 wire winding ring and the corresponding white rubber strip, labels, etc.
Inter-device subsystem: The network switch is located in the storage room of the plant and connected to the distribution frame through jumpers and cables. The computer network server is placed in the computer network center room of the Information Department of the office building, and after passing through the HUB, it is connected to the main distribution frame through jumpers and cables.
