Second,Cable selection and standard: quality first
High performance cable: Select products that comply with TIA-942, ISO/IEC11801 and other standards. Copper cable selected six categories, super six categories, eight categories; Optical fiber uses OM3/OM4/OM5 to meet high-speed transmission.
Low-smoke halogen-free (LSZH) materials: priority is given to flame retardant, environmentally friendly low-smoke halogen-free cables, burning less smoke, non-toxic, to ensure safety and environmental protection.
Pre-terminated optical fiber: Factory pre-terminated, reduce field welding, improve construction efficiency and connection reliability.
Third, routing and management: orderly operation and maintenance
Partition wiring: according to the core area, access area, management area and other functions of the partition wiring, to avoid line crossing, easy management and reduce interference.
Cable identification and management: Labels and color codes are used to clearly identify cables, their owning areas, and connected devices, facilitating maintenance and positioning.
Bridge and cabling mode: Select up, down or mixed cabling according to space and heat dissipation to ensure ventilation, heat dissipation and signal stability.
Fourth, redundancy and fault tolerance mechanism: multiple guarantees
Dual power supply and dual path cabling: Key devices use dual power supply and dual path cabling. One route can be switched to avoid data transmission interruption.
Redundant link protection: The link aggregation technology is used to overlay bandwidth and automatically switches links when faults occur, improving network reliability.
Five, environment control and safety: create a good environment
Temperature control management: It is recommended to use cold and hot channels to isolate the temperature of the control wiring area to avoid overheating affecting signal transmission.
Dust and ESD design: Measures such as dust filter, ESD floor, and device grounding are adopted to reduce the damage caused by dust, humidity, and static electricity.
Six, acceptance and testing: strict control
Cable certification test: Test parameters such as plug loss, return loss, and delay deviation according to TIA, ISO, and IEC standards to ensure cable performance standards.
Optical fiber testing and OTDR detection: Use professional equipment and OTDR to detect optical fiber length, loss, etc., to ensure the quality of optical fiber links.
Seven, maintenance and management: intelligent monitoring
Intelligent cabling management system: The DCIM system is introduced to monitor cabling status in real time, quickly locate faults, and improve maintenance efficiency.
Document archiving: Periodically update cabling documents to record design, equipment, test, and maintenance information, providing a basis for upgrade and maintenance.
